Terry Paddison

Qualified as a coach in 1980-81 and went on to combine a non league playing career with coaching at the famous Wallsend Boys Club. He went on to have success as a semi pro coach before spending 3 years in the English Professional game coaching at Hartlepool United FC. Terry has coached in Holland and away from soccer he was a senior Human Resources Manager with the Police Service during which time he gathered an MBA from Durham University. Terry has a lot of experience in coaching soccer camps in USA and has helped to facilitate showcase events for young players at Lilleshall and in North Carolina.

Barry Poole

Barry spent his early career working for the Department of Trade and Industry and has had success in both the private and public sectors. He has been a publisher and designer of golf courses before establishing the PASS4Soccer Scholarships brand. Barry has supported hundreds of young players in achieving their dream to gain a soccer scholarship in the USA. He has a massive range of contacts within the college game in across the USA, he is an advisor to the English Schools FA and is widely trusted in the soccer world on both sides of the Atlantic for the integrity with which he conducts his business activities.

Daniel Gray

Daniel is a Physical Education graduate from Ottawa University in Kansas. He is now a Director of PASS4 and combines this executive role with a non league playing career in the North East of England. Daniel has a comprehensive knowledge of the American game and has worked on summer camps in the past. In his current role he has successfully facilitated the showcase events at Lilleshall and managed several tours to the USA where groups of young British players have succeeded in securing scholarships when recruited by coaches from across the States.

Coach
Mick Tait

After a professional soccer career of 24 years during which he scored over 100 goals, Mick retired from playing having reached the position of being one of the top 10 appearance makers in the history of the English game. He played for 3 premier clubs (Portsmouth, Hull City and Reading) before going on to the role of Head Coach at a further two professional and two semi pro teams. Mick is the holder of the UEFA A Pro License and has coached in a variety of camps in the Southern States.

Goalkeeping Coach
Philip Poole

Our goalkeeping expert, Phil was a young professional with Hull City before undertaking a soccer scholarship at Wingate University in North Carolina. An A License coach Phil provides us with a permanent presence in the USA. Phil is the specialist goalkeeping coach to professional outfit Charlotte Eagles and he has extensive knowledge of the game in the USA. He has a lot of experience in coaching camps and plays a full role in PASS4 showcase events which take place on both sides of the Atlantic where his knowledge is of great value to young players.
