The P4S Coaching Curriculum, devised for Male and Female footballers in conjunction with Schools and Colleges Sport bodies, is delivered by highly qualified professional coaches at a cost efficient price who will continuously:
- Review playing history and aspirations
- Assess technical, tactical and physical development
- Establish goal setting and self awareness
- Agree football and education pathways
The Academy aims to ensure that the thousands of potentially elite players between the U13 to U19 age groups out-with of the League Clubs Elite Players Performance Programme (EPPP) benefit from and understand the increasingly important relationship between health, football and education through the delivery of advanced level coaching and mentoring set out by FIFA and UEFA.
Each local academy team is managed by Level 3 and 4 FACA qualified coaches who subscribe to the P4S Coaching philosophy, which will objectively and transparently assist individual players develop their potential by engaging parents, schools and colleges along the way.
Each member of the P4S Coaching Academy will be treated as an individual and respect. Performance will be assessed within each age and ability group. This will include one on one reviews employing small and full game team video as required. The P4S Academy will arrange showcases for league club, college and universities recruiting coaches and scouts without affinity to any. The Academy will also make recommendations to Elite Academies as well as local clubs.
